Summary
On June 24, 2025, KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as Sole Manager on the successful closing of $27.6 million State of Indiana Finance Authority Educational Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 (the Series 2025 Bonds) for the University of Indianapolis (UIndy or the University). The Series 2025 bonds were issued to primarily refinance the following outstanding series of bonds for cash flow savings and structural benefits: (1) $2.6 million par amount of Series 2013 Bonds maturing 10/1/25-34; and (2) $25.2 million par amount of Series 2016 Bonds maturing 10/1/2038.
The University of Indianapolis is a private institution of higher education located in Indianapolis, Indiana and serves approximately 4,400 undergraduate and graduate students. The University offers five doctoral, 36 Masters, 92 Bachelors, and five Associate degree programs as well as a growing number of undergraduate and graduate certificates. UIndy is recognized for its graduate and doctoral programs in physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, and clinical psychology.
