Summary
In May 2025, KeyBank finalized a comprehensive $77 million financing package with Rowe Auto Group. The deal includes credit facilities tailored to the dealership’s operational and growth needs — such as floorplan, mortgage, line of credit, and construction loan financing for a new Ford Elite Commercial Service Center. KeyBank acted as Sole Lender on the transaction and also provided Rowe Auto Group with a full suite of depository, treasury management, and other banking services.
Rowe Auto Group, founded in 1970 by Wallace E. Camp Sr. in Westbrook, Maine, began as Rowe Ford Sales and has grown into one of the state’s leading automotive dealerships. Originally part of Portland Motor Sales, Camp transformed Rowe Auto Group into a multi-franchise operation offering Ford, Lincoln, Hyundai, Kia, and Volkswagen vehicles across locations in Westbrook and Auburn. Known for its customer-first approach and deep community ties, Rowe Auto Group remains family-run, with Wallace Camp Jr. continuing the legacy of service and innovation in Maine’s auto industry.
Banking products and services are offered by KeyBank National Association. All credit products are subject to collateral and/or credit approval, terms, conditions, and availability and subject to change.
