Payments in any status other than Approved require further action.

In the ACH Payments List View (via the ACH Home screen or the Payment Management screen), simply click the check box to the left of the individual payment and click Approve.

After your payment has been fully approved you will see a Confirmation box above the Payments List View widget, and the Status will change to Approved.

Remember that you can filter your payment list by selecting the Payments Requiring Approval view.

Select the file format from available options and the Choose File button to select your file.

Imported files are processed separately and when complete, create a notification with results.

To approve, modify, delete or reject the imported payment or template, use the Actions options in the Payment List View or Template List View widgets.

This will open up the Originator Information screen. Select Originator ID (account/company id) and Value Date to be used with this payment.

Use drop down list or magnifying glass to locate the Tax Authority you wish to pay in the Beneficiary Information window.

Tax Type Code options available for the authority selected will appear once Tax Authority is selected.

Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk and may vary based on the selected agency. Other non-required information displayed can be selected or entered.

Once all information is entered, Submit tax payment and also save for future use as a template.

As with other payments, upon successful submission, the payment status in the Status column will appear as entered and the approval rules set up for payment will apply.

From the Add Template screen, select your Template Type from the drop down box. Selecting the Continue button will display further entry options based on the selected payment type.

Required information is indicated with a red asterisk. Use optional fields such as Batch Description, Descriptive Date, Company Discretionary Data or Internal Comments for your reference. A Beneficiary Information segment is displayed and can be used to add multiple beneficiaries.

If beneficiaries have been entered before and saved in the Beneficiary Address Book, information can be pre-filled by searching for them.

In the Beneficiary Information segment, transaction amounts can be entered and hold and prenote options selected.

Use the Bank Code Lookup tool to search and find a specific bank ABA.

Use the All Beneficiaries View to view all beneficiary entries together.

Use the options accessed from the Actions column to view or edit individual entries.

Use the buttons along the bottom at any time to action your template: Submit, Save for Later, or Cancel.

Templates that are saved or submitted can be accessed in the Templates List View section for further edits or actions.

You will first need to select an Agency (state) for each child support transaction.

Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk and may vary based on the selected agency. Other non-required information displayed can be selected or entered.

Adding additional transactions involves the same flow; selecting an Agency is the first step.

View all transactions added to this template using the All Beneficiaries view.

When template entry details are complete, click the Submit button and a confirmation window will be displayed. You may also choose Save for Later or Cancel.

This selection will further refine the next options that are required for Tax Type.

Select from available options in the Tax Type Code dropdown.

Enter required information as indicated by the red asterisk. Provide non-required information as needed.

Select Add Another Beneficiary to add other transactions to this template.

Selecting from the Tax Authority dropdown will determine the Tax Type options available in the next selection.

Select from the Tax Type Code dropdown.

Additional fields may be presented and required based on the Tax Authority and Tax Type Code selections.

Once you Submit your template will show in Template List View.

Select a file with the format that matches the template you are creating. Choose Import As either Payments or Templates.

After selecting your file, click the File Import button at the bottom of the page.

When your file has been processed, you can access the results from the Notifications window by selecting the Notifications button along the top of the page.

Your template will be added to the Template List View where you can access template details and status.

To approve, modify, delete or reject the imported payment or template, use the Actions options in the Payment List View or Template List View widgets.

Enter the Company, Name and Email Address and then select the Save button, which will display a confirmation window.

From the Action column, you can View, Modify, or Delete email recipients from the list.

You can create a group of email recipients by first creating an email group consisting of the Group name.

Add recipients by searching by name in the Recipient Name field. Simply start typing their name in the box.

Click Save when you have entered all the desired recipients.

Once a group has been created, you can select this group as the email recipient when creating an alert. Alerts will then be sent to all recipients in that group.

Select the Add Import Map button from the Import Map list.

In this example, a CSV (Excel-compatible) file is being mapped as with the Corporate Collections option in the Payment Type dropdown.

This demonstrates the example payroll CSV (Excel-compatible) file layout. Data starts at Row 2 and columns are numbered left to right.

Enter required information as indicated by a red asterisk, including what row to start import and processing options.

Leave all Data Format Details at Default Settings.

Select fields for the payment type and enter the column numbers in the file where the data is found.

When the import is successful, your detail import map will be displayed in the list within the Import Map section.
