Samo Devenica

Samo Devenica is a Managing Director on the KeyBanc Capital Markets Technology Investment Banking team, with a focus on Software. Samo has over 20 years of investment banking experience, advising companies on M&A, capital raising, and debt transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Samo was a Managing Director at TD Cowen, and started his career at Arma Partners and Montgomery & Co. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
