Wyatt Ritchie

Wyatt Ritchie assumed leadership of Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, in 2023 and is only the fourth leader of Cain Brothers since its founding in 1982. Wyatt joined in 2010 with over 20 years’ experience advising both public and private healthcare companies. Prior to his current role, he focused on provider clients, including the physician practice management, multi-site services, and post-acute care sectors. He was also a member of the firm’s Senior Management Team.

Prior Experience
Prior to Cain Brothers, Wyatt was at Jefferies & Company, responsible for that firm's healthcare services practice. Prior to Jefferies, Wyatt was at CIBC Oppenheimer for eight years, where he was responsible for that firm's West Coast healthcare services investment banking practice and at Bank of America, where he was responsible for Bank of America's healthcare leverage finance business.

Education
Wyatt earned a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
