Jay Salitza serves as Managing Director of KeyBanc Capital Markets Oil & Gas group, a position he has held since joining the firm in 2015. With nearly 25 years of banking experience, 20 years focused on the energy sector, Jay advises both private (private equity, family office, high net worth) and publicly traded companies on capital markets strategic advisory, debt and equity capital markets, private placements, asset-backed financing, and leveraged finance opportunities.
Prior to joining KBCM, Jay spent nine years with Bank of America and five years with Scotiabank. He earned his M.B.A. from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
