Chris Neil

Chris focuses on providing strategic corporate and property level credit facilities to REITs, funds, and REOCs, including management companies and 1031 exchange providers. He has a long and successful track record of providing high value-add, creative and flexible financing solutions for sponsors throughout their lifecycle, from start-up through exit, and meeting clients’ needs as they change over time. These solutions include equity bridge financing, structurally subordinate capital event bridge financing, secured and unsecured corporate credit facilities, bridge-to-perm loans, subscription line financing, and portfolio financing, among other structures. Chris has clients across nearly all real estate sectors, including self-storage, multifamily, manufactured housing, single family rental, student housing, industrial, parking, office, and retail. He has also been very active in the 1031 exchange space, providing sponsors with critical equity bridge capital they need to acquire properties and grow their platform. In addition, he has worked with numerous management companies to provide working capital solutions to fund and grow their businesses. Chris prides himself on his responsiveness, ability to structure and execute creative financing solutions in complex credit situations, and ensuring a positive experience for clients in all of their interactions with the bank.
