Ming Lam

Expertise: Executive leadership, business development, relationship management, capital markets, corporate and Native American M&A and economic advisory, corporate finance, syndicated and leveraged finance, public finance, single bank credits, derivatives management, equipment leasing, domestic and international treasury management, merchant services, depository services, and investment management and trust. 

Ming Lam is Managing Director of the Native American Financial Services team, responsible for advising and executing financial strategies for Tribal clients throughout the lower 48 states. 

He brings over 20 years of corporate and private banking experience with Bank of America, where he specialized in strategic debt, treasury, and capital markets solutions for commercial and tribal gaming clients and held senior leadership roles in credit and client management.

Most recently, Ming expanded into private banking, advising ultra‑high‑net‑worth family offices on wealth management strategies. His expertise also includes advising clients across a wide range of industries, including Alaska Native corporations, airlines, oil and gas, government contracting, industrials, and REITs.

Ming earned both his Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Originally from Hong Kong, he has lived in Las Vegas for more than 20 years and currently serves on the UNLV Marketing Executive Advisory Board and the Commercial Banking Board.
