Kevin Murray

Kevin Murray is Regional Sales Manager of KeyBank’s Institutional Real Estate Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for advising institutional real estate clients on strategies to optimize their capital structures in all real estate segments across the U.S. Kevin has expertise in providing on and off-balance sheet solutions, including bridge financing, permanent debt, subscription lines, management company loans, and syndicated loans. Prior to his current role, he served in a variety of leadership roles in KeyBank’s Institutional Capital Group, including National Market Manager for Healthcare Real Estate and Regional Executive of Institutional Real Estate. Kevin has 25 years dedicated to institutional/healthcare real estate. He has also served in leadership roles in a variety of civic and nonprofit organizations, and received his BS in Business from Miami University and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve.
