David Morlock
Managing Director, Health Systems
David Morlock leads the Health Systems practice, focusing on major hospitals and health systems, academic medical centers, and multi-specialty physician groups. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, affiliation agreements, strategy development, joint ventures, and major capital investments for his clients.
Prior Experience
David joined Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, in 2016 with 30 years of experience as a health system executive, including CEO and CFO roles at the University of Toledo Medical Center and the University of Michigan Health System.
Background
David earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Business Administration from the Owen School of Business at Eastern Michigan University. He is a frequent author and speaker on healthcare industry issues and trends, and has served on numerous corporate and philanthropic boards. He is currently on the board of Arbor Research, a national healthcare research collaborative headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
