Andy Labovitz

Andy Labovitz is a Director focused on strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, for hospital and health system clients. Andy joined Cain Brothers in 2003 with 11 years of financial industry experience in the fixed-income and derivatives markets.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, Andy was a Vice President in AIG’s Structured Products Group, originating and executing structured credit transactions. He began his career at JP Morgan, rising to Vice President, while working on interest rate derivative analytics and asset-backed securitization transactions.

Education
Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
