Roman Rezanowicz is a Managing Director focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for clients in the pharma services and technology industry. Roman joined Cain Brothers in 2024 and has over 15 years of experience in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, Roman was a Senior Vice President in Jefferies’ Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and fairness opinions.
Education
Roman earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History from Yale University.
