Brian Heagler

Brian is a Regional Executive for the Healthcare Real Estate Group and leads the West Coast team. He joined KeyBank in 2006 and is responsible for new business generation and client relationship management. KeyBank’s healthcare platform is one of the most robust in the industry, with a client-centric, holistic approach, delivering the full spectrum of capital solutions and services, including Balance Sheet, Syndicated Finance, Permanent Debt Capital, Investment Banking, and Enterprise Treasury Management. Brian and his team focus on Seniors Housing, Skilled Nursing, Medical Office, and Healthcare REITs. He holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University and is a CPA.
