Jeff Danesis

Jeff Danesis is a Managing Director specializing in physician services, including radiology and diagnostic services, as well as multi-site and alternate site healthcare models. Jeff joined Cain Brothers in 2025 and has 18+ years of experience advising institutional and founder owners on a broad range of M&A and capital market transactions. Jeff has advised on more than 50 transactions totaling over $4 billion in transaction value.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining, Jeff was a Managing Director at Leerink Partners, where he co-led the firm’s Charlotte office and built expertise in physician-centric businesses, including physician practice management and outpatient provider models. Earlier, he served as a Director in the Healthcare Group at Lazard and was a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo.
Education
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts & Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
