Ryan Hartzell

Ryan Hartzell is a Director in KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) Diversified Industries Group. Ryan joined KBCM in 2008 and has broad corporate and investment banking experience working with consumer and industrial businesses. He has demonstrated expertise in providing actionable ideas and M&A advisory, in addition to structuring debt and equity solutions that help build brands, fund operations, and drive growth. Ryan has a deep understanding of the capital markets and maintains strong relationships with private equity investors and corporates.

Prior to joining KBCM, he worked in the Valuation and Financial Opinions Group at Stout.

Ryan holds a BS in Finance from the University of Dayton.
