KC Hazarika

KC Hazarika is a Managing Director and Group Head of the Consumer & Retail Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM), where he leads coverage across the food, beverage, restaurants, and consumer product sectors. He has over 23 years of investment banking and private equity experience with a strong track record in strategic advisory, mergers & acquisitions, and leveraged finance.   

Prior to joining KBCM, KC was a Managing Director at Stifel, focusing on the Food & Beverage sectors and successfully leading numerous high-profile transactions. He was previously a Managing Director at BB&T Capital Markets and held prior roles at Platinum Equity and Morgan Stanley & Co. KC holds a B.A. with honors in Economics from Boston University.
