Ally Kidik
Chief Auditor
Ally Kidik serves as KeyCorp’s Chief Auditor. She leads the third line of defense responsible for Internal Audit activities at KeyCorp and reports directly to the Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Board. Ally is a member of KeyCorp's Executive Council and Executive Leadership Team.
In her 20 years at Key, Ally has held various leadership roles within Key’s Internal Audit group (previously Risk Review Group) including: Asset Management, Capital Market, Compliance, Data Analytics, Finance, Model, and Professional Practices. Prior to joining Key, she worked at JP Morgan Chase/Bank One as an auditor in Columbus, Ohio.
Ally graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, and earned her Executive MBA at Baldwin-Wallace University. She holds Certified Internal Auditor (CIA®) and Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS®) designations.
Ally is a graduate of both KeyBank’s Accelerated Development Program and Key’s Executive Development Program and Corporate Leadership Center’s Leading Women Executives Program. Ally is the Executive Sponsor for the Asia KBING and an active member of Key’s Women’s Network.
Ally is active in the community, serving as a board member and Audit Committee chair for the Ronald McDonald House of Northeast Ohio and a board member for the Red Cross of Northern Ohio.
